Why Strype

Work that compounds

Meaningful domains

Healthcare and education are where AI can do the most good — and the most harm. We work at that intersection because it demands the best technical work.

Senior from day one

No layers of management. You work directly with clients, make architectural decisions, and own the outcome. We trust our people to do the work.

Research-grade rigor

Affiliated with Stanford and embedded in the research community. We bring academic discipline to production systems — and we stay curious.

Culture

How we operate

Remote-first. Async by default. We write things down, keep meetings short, and trust people to manage their own time. We care about output and craftsmanship, not hours logged.

We publish evaluation frameworks, contribute to open research, and maintain strong ties with the Stanford research community. Learning is built into the work, not bolted on as a perk.
